The box of brighter wishes

Brief: create a dedicated box for top editors globally (about 50). The goal is to increase brand awareness through an Instagrammable and valuable object that creates connection-during the pandemic-with media and people.

Work: the box, developed by The Embassy, aims to tell the story of the eternal city of Rome and give value to made-in-Italy craftsmanship. The idea is to emphasize the brand’s roots and tell the story of the care and meticulousness with which they develop their products.

Outcome: we made a box out of cardboard, designing its physical structure, mechanics and aesthetics. The object, laser-carved on the top with a texture inspired by Bulgari collections, encloses eight small drawers containing precious handcrafted ceramics. The small objects are wrapped in tissue with different textures all inspired by the Eternal City, to give further value to the connection between brand and territory. In addition, we supervised the production of the object, collaborating with the papermaker and printer.
